Yesterday evening, returning from seeing X-Men Origins: Wolverine, we drove past a local Italian Americans Club. I wanted to post this as a photo, but my cell phone didn't take a very good picture. Anyway, prominently featured on the sign was an invitation to join them for a Cinco de Mayo celebration on Tuesday.
Really?
I'm just saying, I've been to Italy, and if you've ever tried to get into a government office there you know that the Italians apparently have enough holidays to work fewer days each year than they have holidays. With that being the hyperbolic case, why do they need to appropriate a Mexican holiday?
