Nature Growing Prison Bars Redux

I posted this picture two years ago, but the haiku that follows is actually more or less a haiku, unlike the original poem with its nineteen syllables. This seemed appropriate given the way we had snow dumped upon us today here in RI and MA. She's still not home yet, but so far it's taken Lauren over 5 hours to make the trip from Boston to Providence which usually takes less than one. Cars are abandoned all over the highway. It's that kind of weather.

But we'll probably have school tomorrow. 

Nature lowers down
Drip-frozen prison bars here,
Closing out the world.
