Moving is so much damned work. So all you get is a quotation today, and not even one that I have attribution for. It was on the door of my former school's assistant headmaster/head nurse:

Hmmmm.... I'm not 100% sure that thoughts become feelings, at least not always, perhaps precisely because they are watched, but the rest of it is for sure dead on. Great quote, attributed or not. I hope the move is going well.
